Last year a new "syndrome" appeared; Restless Leg Syndrome. This is where you have jumpy legs when you're relaxed. Some people have a hard time sleeping because their legs are dancing all night.
Well, my dear readers, there are two reasons for jumpy legs. One is lack of nutrition. The nutrients found in green, leafy vegetables are those that affect the nervous system. These would be the B vitamins, B6 and B12 and a couple minerals including magnesium. People who don't have enough of these vitamins have jumpy legs.
The other reason is lack of excercise.
You can have your breakfast of packaged doughnuts and instant coffee, drive your poluting SUV down to the doctor, pay to see him or her, wait, get expensive drugs (that deaden you out but don't fix the problem), go home to your cabinet full of other drugs, sit down to a Jack in the Box meal of feces-laded, fat covered kinda-food.....
You could have a spinach, egg and iceberg lettus salad with some nice Roma Tomatos and a lovely piece of salmon and then go for a 30 minute walk with your dog. ....
Let me rephrase that: You can be a stoned, unhealthy slave to Big Pharma or you can eat healthy food and excercise.
Yah. I know. Brutal decision, hey?
